I cannot say enough great things about Pearce Autotech. They specialize in Minis, and they have kept my 2012 Mini Cooper running smoothly and reliably. After another mechanic took me for a very expensive ride—and treated me like I didn’t know anything because I’m a woman—finding Pearce Autotech was such a relief. They’ve since saved me from unnecessary repairs and from work that had clearly been marked up simply because someone assumed I wouldn’t know better. From day one, they have treated me with nothing but dignity and respect. They always take the time to clearly walk me through any repairs they’ve completed or recommend, explaining everything in a way that makes sense without ever being condescending. Their honesty and transparency are truly refreshing. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They’re also impressively timely with their repairs, which I really appreciate. If you drive a Mini—or a BMW—this is absolutely the place to go. These guys are true Mini aficionados (most of them drive one too), and they are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely good people. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been taking my beloved Hazel ( 2019 Mini) to Pearce Autotech for a few years. Recently she was shaking violently and l took her to Pearce where, in less than an hour, they discovered that the engine mount was all but destroyed. They fixed it in less than 24 hours and now we are back on the road! Definitely a better experience than anything l have ever experienced at the dealer!

It’s the best place for Mini Cooper repairs. They clearly know Mini Coopers inside and out, and the work was done quickly, professionally, and for much less than the dealer quoted. When my car wouldn’t shift out of “P,” one of their technicians came to my house and fixed it onsite - something I didn’t expect but really appreciated. On top of that, they’re super friendly and honest. If you drive a Mini, don’t waste time and money anywhere else, go straight to Pearce Autotech. Highly recommend!

Great service, fair prices, wonderful people! If you have a Mini Cooper to upkeep, and you want to pay less than at the dealership, and still be sure that everything will be done right, look no further! Pearce Autotech, I don't think that it gets better than that!!!

This shop /knows/ Minis and if you have a 2002-2008, definitely your guys. I've had my '05 S and '06 GP both serviced by Pearce over the past 5+ years and to say they're fantastic is an understatement. I drive INTO the city from Marin because I know they're the best. Knowledgeable and super nice, couldn't recommend Pearce Autotech more. Nothing more confidence-inspiring than walking into a shop where the mechanics drive the same car as you.
